The black and white stuff is just inked by hand using Staedtler pigment liners. I then scan that in and clean up in photoshop.
The majority of my coloured work is initially done using acrylics and coloured pencils - and then I tweak bits and pieces using photoshop.
I always use Bristol Board - because it takes quite a lot of paint without wrinkling.
The tablet I use is just a cheap little Wacom Bamboo.
